Now that you have that information - write a letter to the Better Business Bureau, AAA or CAA (depending on where you are) and KIA - include copies of when they were advised & how they practice their business - taking advantage of little old widows isn't going to look good on their record.
Glad she got her money back - not everyone has someone looking out for them.
