This started happening last night, sometimes when I scroll to the bottom of a page, it gets stuck there, I can scroll up, but as soon as I release the wheel, or the scroll buttom, it jumps back down to the bottom.
Also, my mouse doesnt scroll everytime with the wheel now. I replaced the mouse twice already, and still the same. So Im almost sure its the browser.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
