Sponsors with banners + copyrighted songs
Do all the sponsors that include well known copyrighted songs infringe on their rights when they include the song in their banners ?
Are these songs being licensed, or simply put it without thinking about the artists who made these songs?
This is the same as using content you're not allowed to use, why do you think it's right to use someone elses song?
