    I just had a intensive Bicep/Tricep session at the gym

    Just finished admiring myself in the mirror and thought you guys would like to know.


    Not alot of tail tonight at the gym.

            i dont feel the need to work out to get women to find my attractive.

            but im also a lazy ass, some day ill get the motivation to build some muscle.. for now i remain skinny and threatened by the wind.

              Its been like 2 yrs since hit the weights hard. Last 2 weeks i have been doing cardio for like a hour 4 x per week. I am slowly adding the weight routine back into my regimen.

              TBH i always did bi's and tri's together. My tri's grow very easly faster than my bi's for some reason.

              I have to work out a good cycle and schedule. Right now is just a getting back intot he swing of things phase.

                      some say you're supposed to work back and bi's together and chest and tri's together because you're supposed to work a primary with secondary muscle group together. not to mention that when you work your back you work your bi's at the same time. and same with chest tris. thats how you should start out anyways, after your muscles get used to the routine u should switch it up somewhat.

                        I had to hit the gym again to get my body internally back into shape. I had blood work done and the numbers were fucked.
