TBH i always did bi's and tri's together. My tri's grow very easly faster than my bi's for some reason.
I have to work out a good cycle and schedule. Right now is just a getting back intot he swing of things phase.

some say you're supposed to work back and bi's together and chest and tri's together because you're supposed to work a primary with secondary muscle group together. not to mention that when you work your back you work your bi's at the same time. and same with chest tris. thats how you should start out anyways, after your muscles get used to the routine u should switch it up somewhat.
