Its been like 2 yrs since hit the weights hard. Last 2 weeks i have been doing cardio for like a hour 4 x per week. I am slowly adding the weight routine back into my regimen.
TBH i always did bi's and tri's together. My tri's grow very easly faster than my bi's for some reason.
I have to work out a good cycle and schedule. Right now is just a getting back intot he swing of things phase.
