The problem is this:

If I beat the shit out of some fuckstick for what he said about me then he will turn around and sue me. Best to just sue the fucker first and call it a day.

EXCEPTION: Manny The Freak and shitloads of other idiots who don't have dime one to even secure an attorney. You are not going to get a cent out of these clowns if you win in court. In this case, it is best to hunt them down and eliminate the problem.

Sometimes the physical underdog is right. If he gets his ass kicked for trying to defend his position then what message will be given to the rest of us? Just because you lose a physical fight does not mean you were wrong in the first place.
