Can the script that maximizes the window.
That really annoys me .. I won't trade with sites that do that.
Other than that work on the thumbs. They're rather low quality. I see some watermarks that have been caught in some of them. You want your surfers to click as much as possible .. so you have to work on the quality of the thumbnails. Also, if you don't have one already, invest in a TGP script that will move your most clicked thumbs to the top.
If you don't have the time to thumb and import lots of different hosted galleries from different sponsors, to add variety, then you might want to try to get submissions. Everyone's seen nasty dollar galleries a million times.
