Anti gyno drugs will help little to prevent testi shrinkage. You would need clomid for that. It all depends on what kind of juice you have. If you have test, then ball shrinkage and hair loss will be a concern. if you have deca or equipoise you wont have to worry about ball shrinkage or hair loss but you wont put on as much size. It all depends on the results you're after.
