The problem guys like us have, is a metabolism that burns more calories
than what is good for bulking up...
Sure, we can bulk up on shitloads of carbs too, but we'd have to eat like horses.
Fats are very dense on calories and easy to apply in most meals, try in sauces..
You won't become a "lardass" simply by eating fats, only if You don't burn the
calories... and Your metabolism will.
Also, these two oils are actually beneficial on several more levels:
* They increase Your natural Testosterone-levels...

* They consist of mostly unsaturated fats; actually GOOD for You!
* They lower the glycemic index in meals
* They have antioxidant features; anti-cancerogenic
SO... increase Your calorie-intake this way and You WILL bulk up
on muscle without having to resort to the juice.
