So I went to liquid cooling

And it is doing fucking good. My CPU went from 41 degrees C, to 28-30 degrees C at idle.

This thing is pretty fucking nice. And up'ed my power supply to a 500 watt supply! Pretty sweet stuff.

Well, I went from 8 fans to three and then the liquid cooler have 3 fans on itself, but yea, there is a noticable difference of sound. Which is gonna bug me, because I'm so use to having the sound of the fans when going to sleep.

Huh? Is that odd? I'm powering two CD rom drives, 4 hard drives, the nVidia graphics card, a Prescott P4, the Audigy sound card, and another PCI device, so this thing is pulling quite abit of power.

He sleeps in his room at his mommies.

Why waste the money on a watercooled system makes no sense to me.

And for MrJackMeHoff, the reason to get a liquid cooled system is too keep it from over heating. You get long CPU life with it isn't as hot all the time.

You might as well overclock the fuck out of the CPU...I have yet to ever have a CPU die on me before the mobo/technology was outdated and the CPU was worthless.
