sadly, me.
last month i woke up and threw my smokes away. sucked on lolipops, chewed gum , mints, etc. then after 22 hours, i lit up. DUMBEST mistake I made!!!!
then 2 close family members ended up in the hospital within a week, then ANOTHER one in the following week. now im back up to a pack a day.
however, i'm smoking ultra lights now to try to cut down the nicotene intake and the desire. hoping to quit soon.
