How, and who would lay out the criteria? and what about newbies, does the first time they fight with AaronM cause they were drunk, or the first time they call 12clicks an asshat , automaticaly qualify them for the list, with out knowing who they TRULEY are before adding them to such a list?

I think his would be geared to webmasters who don't pay for jobs completed, webmasters who don't complete jobs, webmasters who fraud other webmasters, webmasters who charge back on other webmasters and things that are cut and dry and lack opinion. If it was done that way, there would be fewer problems I think, though there would still be problems I'm sure.
I think we can all agree though, a webmaster who charges back on another webmaster is a crook. A webmaster who steals content, is a crook, that sorta thing.
