alot of places redirect your foreign traffic and never give you credit. epic cash is fucking stupid because he thought he could just ban any country that wasn't making him tons and tons of money.

Any country that CCbill does not process for is redirected to the epic cash dialer of which the advertiser is paid 50% for that traffic ;)

We do pay 50% on all redirected traffic as stated in our TOS...
we certainly do not redirect anyone we don't have to...
but feel that paying on those we do have to, only fair...

I just talked to a Brazilian who buys his books and CD's out of Germany. I would think you could ship to Isreal and get their CC processed.
