I've chatted with Jim aka Prostock. No, I'm not the "Philippino" (correct spelling is Filipino) who supposedly caused problems at AOS. I already posted my background and what my objectives are. However, since your post was so clearly wrong, I figure I'd give it another try.
I own Webmasterlabor.com, we provide manual data outsourcing for webmasters. Webmasterlabor.com is part of an umbrella company that, with other American partners, focus on the college educated high quality labor of the Philippines. We have differing ventures that touch on call centers, data transcriptions for health care companies in the US, and scanned data services.
My portion is Webmasterlabor.com. We do not provide design work except maybe for AVS. I leave that up to AOS and prostock's company. Our model is very different from theirs, as well since we focus on cheap labor geared to specific tasks as opposed to retaining a webmaster on a month to month basis. I respect their model, I appreciate its benefits but I offer a totally different service.
My name is Gene. I am an American citizen but I am Filipino. I was born in the Philippines but grew up and was educated in the US. I am based in the Philippines. I have never worked for AOS. I have been a webmaster for four years.
My mission is simple: provide cheap task-specific labor (submissions, text work, written content, etc. EXCEPT design) for US / EU webmasters so they are freed from repetitive manual labor. The adult webmasters on GFY are businesspeople. However, with all the manual labor webmasters must do, they often do not have the time to invest in business planning and innovating. Since I charge a low rate, I take manual labor out of the adult webmaster's routine so they can focus on a task that yields a higher return on investment--business planning and innovative strategy. Used correctly, outsourcing may yet prove to be the launch pad that webmasters can use to reach the next milestone in their goals.
To all that read this thread, thanks for your interest in what I do. I sincerely look forward to helping you meet your objectives.

Webmaster Labor Services
Quality work, Quick delivery & Cheap what more can you want.
You know what service I would like... the ability to sign me up for like 100 sponsors, with all my personal information, mailing address, etc... then send me a file with my username/password info for every sponsor -- in some kind of table format -- complete with all the freehosted gallery links, etc. Also if I move to another address -- have them login to all 100 sponsors and change the address for me...
Offer this service along with a nice (pre-categorized -- easy to do once you know the niches of each freehosted gallery) gallery rotation script (an hour of coding) and you're on your way to take a big chunk of biz away from spotbroker/choker... If you kept some stats on the performance of this script (it might be possible to do some fancy cgi (ala these language translator scripts) to insert CGI click tracking codes into the freehosted galleries so you could keep the gallery display order optimized a number of ways to maximize revenues for your clients...

That is a GREAT IDEA, Fly! We'll have to factor in email confirms for programs that do secondary verification via email. Either way, its a good idea.

MY IDEA! . I registered a nice domain and made a sort of business plan, but I just thought it would be too labor-intensive for me

That's a good service. Maybe you can just put this info...join links on your site's resource page?
