well depends.. it's definitely not legal to advertise prescription drugs to the people in the United Kingdom, actually in most countries this is illegal (the US being an exception).
It's also not legal to dispense prescription drugs without a prescription, but since you're not doing the actual dispensing i suppose that doesn't really apply. Hrm also Viagra is still on patent so generic viagra is not FDA approved..
Really it's a bit of a legal minefield, depends on the morals you can afford to have..(and quiet can afford quite a few)
