US traffic keep it and send to American sponsor.
EU traffic redirect it to a dialer.
Asia throw it to TGP ya wanna blow up.
Lame 3rd world countries where you know they do not got credit cards throw to a dialer.

I am not working on the polsih market but I know for sure that the polish adult webmasters who have polish traffic have seen a radical decrease in their earnings in recent months.
