The guy was collaborating with an occupying power and is a legitimate target. In WWII he would have been hung from a tree with a sign around his neck. If the tables were turned and he was in my country working like nothing was wrong with it I would cut his fucking head off too.
That said, violence like is occuring on both sides will amount to nothing. None of this will be -ever- be resolved until there is a just peace in Palestine. In the Islamic world this is the real issue, much more so than Iraq.
