    Movie Studios Suck Balls.

    As a collector of DVD's.. I've taken the hobby of swapping out the covers in favor of custom artwork, and even converting Snapper cases to Clamshell cases... I'd visit this one site where you'd pay for access to download both the custom work and converted covers... and now the movie studios had the fucking site shut down... fucking cunts.

    TripleH reports us that the DVD Cover site www.dvdcoverart.com has been shut down because of legal issues. TripleH reports "The movie industry is at it again, this time they are going after DVD Cover Sites. DVD Cover art has been temporarily shut down by the movie studios. Apparently using the images for creating custom DVD covers are a form of copyright infringement. The movie industry must be getting pretty desperate now for going after DVD Cover Sites".

    We can read the following message on the temporary DVDCoverArt forum:

    SITE STATUS here - plus: forum reopened, for now
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    official party line: the site is currently closed while we deal with any pending legal issues. We cannot say anything else, other than we hope to have the, resolved soon and the site back online ASAP.

    We'd like to leave the forum open even while the site is closed, but if people do not behave we'll have no choice but to close it again.

      So you wouldn't mind me going to your site and taken your exclusive videos If you even have a site and taken snap shots and making covers of your models and reselling them to make me money and not you? Not knocking you around bro but why be mad at any company trying to protect themselfs from thiefing hahahahas!! Just my

          I see that point, and agree with it to a point..

          but these are all user submitted custom works and conversions..
          no harm comes from this whatsoever...

          the fee is tiny, and i doub't they make shit for profit off the charge.

              i agree with TheTruthHurts - Hollywood should choose its enemies more wisely. Those cover art people are just movie fans - pose no threat to anything, in fact the kind of people who do that kind of hobby are the people who actually do buy DVD's.
              I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

                  I bought the movie, I bought the Amray blank cases, I bought the Photo paper, I bought the printer, I bought the ink, I bought the paper cutter.... all because I hate Snapper cases.
