win XP help needed for laptop

ok, here is my problem , i'm uploading gigs of content to my server from my laptop, but the fucker keeps on getting on " energy saving" while uploading if i'm not near it to move the mouse from time to time, then the transfer stops . its really pissing me off.
il looked under the hood several times but couldn't find any option to prevent the fucker from getting into sleep mode.

its a toshiba laptop with win XP and i'm transfering with flash fxp

    HELP !!!!!!

Have you tried looking in Control panel then looking at the power options?
(sig spot) Insert witty/smartass comment or obscure reference to something no one gives a shit about here. You might also choose to promote some program you claim to work for and that pays you fat cash, or cheddar, or whatever it is you wiggers call it these days.

Toshibas have their own control setting program, outside of control panel.

Start > All Programs > Toshiba Console

Actually there should be a "Toshiba Power Saver" in the control panel...

Also be sure you are set up as an admin on your own machine..

Make sure you are logged in as ADMINISTRATOR

                    start>control panel>power options>click Hibernate Tab.

Toshiba is the same as any other computer.

It's based on the operating system not the computer!

you may need to adjust your BIOS settings before those options will appear in control panel.

Not familier with Toshiba or I would give you step by step...
