That's not quite true, especially on recently banned sites. If it were, a large chunk of the adult web would be banned if you think about it. Now i dont know if its a good idea to buy traffic from him. He skims it off his site, right ?
I know that in order to get penalized i need to link back to him, but still thinks it's risky to get linked from him
