Sleazy, I do see what you mean about being associated with something that you haven't chosen to represent. That part of it sucks. It may be nice of management here if they could put a little dislaimer at the top of the main login page, something like "ADS advertisements appear throughout the forums, but are not neccessarily associated with any of the posters here" or something like that.
I'm not a big fan of the new advertising, either, but I can see how it would be profitable if people don't put their traffic where their mouth is and actually refuse to contribute to the board unless this new advertising is changed to suit our tastes.email: [email protected]Comment

And I think that the other sponsors aren't very happy about this.

You can't check your email on AOL without ads plastered all over it or a better example, Yahoo email... everytime you reply to someone, their signature has an ad for something you may or may not support.
