I think everyone here at one point in time has gotten a little out of control at a show. Hey there is booze, and last I checked we party pretty hard together. And some fo the drunken stories we all laugh pretty fucking hard about. So I am not sure the drunken factor is a big issue here.
I think a bigger issue is that there are women in this industry and they find themselves in situations where they are partying with guys and the guys think that they can get all touchy feely with them. Then when the girl gets pissed off at them. The guy thinks they are a bitch, tease, whatever word anyone wants to insert here.
Not to say that I haven't seen some people both guys and gals that have gotten out of control at shows due to booze and even drugs. I think targeting a couple girls here, when this is something that happens on a much broader spectrum is pretty weak.No OneComment

Other than that I had a great time at the Vegas show and met alot of people and talked alot of business. There is no reason why you can't mix business and pleasure at the shows. We all spend alot of time behind a computer and its nice to cut loose sometimes.
It seems more socially acceptable for the guys to get trashed, do drugs, suck tits, etc but if the females get too drunk it's made a bigger deal of. As far as them making a company look bad, I don't see it that way. I talked talked to male account reps at the Vegas show and they were so drunk they couldn't remember their own name let alone tell me about their program. I have to say, the gender bias here is pretty thick. The males can get loaded, falling down drunk at shows, screw anything that walks and get their weenie sucked and they get a pat on the back.
A female gets loaded, falling down drunk at show, screws ANYONE or sucks ANY weenies, and all of a sudden derogatory threads are started about them.
Doesn't seem very fair and in this business especially, I'd hope we were past that.
