Brilliant Marketing Marc

Just wanted to give kudos to Marc on this brilliant marketing idea. Has not been done yet and he has "skinned" (integrated ADS into the site with ADS colors) at all major resource sites including mine and EVERYBODY in this biz will know about AdultDialerSolution by the end of the week, you can guarantee that.

Kudos Marc for thinking of this and pulling it off. I am sure many companies will follow this marketing tactic as you cant get any better BRANDING than you are gonna get for a week from all the sites you "skinned"!

Small or not...it is a win win situation for alll involved. ADS gets MAJOR branding and the resource site owners involved make some extra cash.

I think this MAY be the future of marketing in this industry, BUT in shorter periods. Not sure how long they have the skin here at GFY but at PR it will be up a week. I think that may be a bit long. But as other sponsors see how effective it is in terms of branding it may be the next step up in advertising on resource sites.

Sure sites like GFY and yours have a lot of loyalty returing traffic but wait until that gets pushed a little and then the quick money a sponsor might toss at you won't make up for the money you're losing in other ways. But it's also possible that it doesn't hurt ever.

This is a pretty creative campaign. Short of the avatar every third post I dont think it is any more obtrusive then some sigs are.

I agree to a point that is why I mentioned ealier a shorter campaign would probably be better for the resource site owner and still almost as effective for the program owner. I see this type of marketing to be the future but for 1-2 day campaigns mostly IMO.

Its not all about signups. It is all about after the next 7days EVERYBODY will know who they are and when they think of using a dialer the FIRST company to come to mind will be ADULT DIALER SOLUTION.

Sure they want a ton of new webmasters but the branding they are gonna get over the next 5-7 days is priceless!

I dont think anything can top that first $75 signup promo back in the day. You were the first to do a $75 signup day I believe and IMO that helped you take off with ARS and propel it to a top tier program. Rewards program was genius as well.

I would put this marketing idea third behind the other 2 aforementioned. I think I forgot also "niche sites". If I remember correctly you were the first to do MASS niche sites with ARS which was another reason you took off. So maybe this idea would be 4th or 5th out of you. But lately with the same old marketing ideas to webmasters this shit is DEFINITELY original and that gets props from me!

I can see big TGPs getting paid to be a skin for a certain pay site next. It would have to be approached a little different but it could work. Could you imagine something like the Hun being turned into a huge Taxi Cams ad via a skinned interface.

Not a bad idea but it would have to be done different as paysites are looking more for sales and not as much branding as affiliate programs are. But some time of hybrid marketing idea I am sure would work out well....hmmmm...

Thanks, I understand about branding a product. BWT, lover cash is great. However, this type of marketing does not make sense to me. I come on gfy to have fun and get tid-bits...the other boards seem too real to me so I lurk.

If this company is really thinking about branding, they should have thought about the ones who are leery.

If GFY wants to sell ads on my posts, they can. Note to myself, never talk the truth.... I might be an ass with the posters but my favorite sponsor is associated with me without knowing it.

Sure makes for branding awareness, though I could also see it becoming a negative thing if run for more than a day at a time. And if this type of campaign is run regularly, board surfers will tune out after a while.

The only thing I think is a bit odd is the choice of product. People still into dialers likely have their heroes and many others won't touch them, whatever the source.
