I'm looking for the perfect job. Ideally it would be a job where I don't have to do any work, make any decisions or have any responsibilities. aaron, i dont currently use icq or looking to hire someone, but if you are in the $1.5k range i don't think you'll have problems to find a work. Just don't attempt to look desperate and state what are your skills for the ones interested.Comment

I offered him $8.50 / hour as a starting wage. I give my current employee quarterly raises, amount depending on overall productivity. I also pay for his health insurance. (~$120 monthly)
Some quick math:
$8.50 * 40 (hours) = $340 * 4 (weeks) = $1360 + ~$120 (insurance)

That's one of the main reasons I hired an employee, it keeps ME on track. I know I have to be in at a certain time to do light supervision and its nice to have somebody to chat with instead of sitting in front of the computer alone for 12 hours day after day.Originally posted by JupZChris
