I've never had problems with them.
Signed up with out problems, once had my account suspended because of a dodgy sponsor, only took one phonecall and it was fixed in a matter of minutes. No problems since then
They sound like they are doing a good job with the SMS fuding, and let webmasters wire to their bank account.
So I think they will get better. Would be good if they got a couple more real competitors, then I'm sure no one would have any problems with them, right now it is probably that they are not worried about losing customers, if they were we wouldn't hear these stories
