# 1, their support sucks. The only thing they ever say is "we'll have the techs look into it and e-mail you".

I'd like to see my bank tell me they'll try to 'look into' something in 24 fucking hours

Not one time since day one have they EVER mailed to say they FIXED something.

Fuck, at least TEN times in the last year either my PIN is fucking erased for some unknown reason or I get "insufficient funds" when I can goddamned well see the fucking money sitting there.

I'm aware of the time difference in Curacao...

So, I go to the bank Tuesday morning and pull $500.00

I wait until 4:00 PM and pull $500.00 more.

I go to the bank Wednesday and "insufficient funds". Fuck it, I don't have time.

I go to the bank Thursday and "insufficient funds" so this time I CALL the fuckers.

Oh yea, they say they can see no reason I can't get any money. it's been 48 hours since a withdrawal, and my limit says 38 fucking dollars..

What do they tell me?

"Well have the techs 'look into it' and find out why it's not resetting correctly within 24 hours".

I don't want 24 hours, I want right fucking now. It's my goddamned money and I want it.

Still hasn't been "looked in to".

Bullshit. I hate even offering them as a payment option, I never know when I go to the bank if I'll get MY godamned money or not.
