Satisfied customers are becoming a problem...

I was checking around various statistics from our processing, re: cancellation reason, decline reasons, etc...

I found that 20.63% of our cancellations done on the processor's end are "Satisfied Customer". I checked to make sure that's not the default in the cancellation dropdown, and it isn't...

Now I have to think of ways to "UNsatisfy" them so they don't cancel

Damn surfers, always giving me more work to do

Satisfied Customer = They got what they wanted and that's it.

Those 20% aren't constantly looking for fuck buddys and either found someone or noticed that they don't have any success even though your service was satisfying.

To keek them longer isn't possible, you can just make money off them by upselling but you can easily overdo that.

Yeah, alot of people don't want a monthly subscription. Would you fork out $40 every month for the same site? I wouldn't..

I know...my post was meant to be humorous, not actually bitching at people who cancel because they are satisfied
