time is money... I know it may sound crazy but we also try to make some profit too.... ;)
but overall.. this saves 2-3 months of headache and work... especially if you are trying to launch your first reality video site...
and we've got proven sites.. in circulation currently... to back up our work

Most definately a great deal for anyone who is serious about getting into the gay niche.
I'll even through in a days worth of critiquing the final site, helping optimize the text, and teaching the owner about the gay market..
