Hard to put a price on sleazydream.com

I think its worth more to you than anyone else because you've built that site from the ground up.

If the site is making $300-500k+/year, probably more, off of (what looks like) just posting galleries on other sites, and putting up 3-6 new galleries a day of your own including paid spots, I wouldn't sell it for less than 2 million. It's worth too much in the long run and the spin off sites you could make with that traffic is rediculous, you could double the income money with your own paysites, other tgps etc.

I have no idea what Sleazy makes, but just by the cost of his parties we can safely guess he's not making $35,000 a year.
He probably paid more for his last TGP dinner in Vegas......

Personally I think the site is worthless without you running it.

Sites need personality, you are the personality behind Sleazy Dream. Whoever buys it will have to keep you in command of the site or it will die.

The only way someone could do a profitable deal with you would be for them to buy it off you for X amount then you only post their galleries each day and you keep the referral commision as a wage.

I'm willing to pay 3 time the average monthly (over a one year period) gross income it gets. The numbers will have be audited by a reputable CA firm of my choosing of course.

Come on now, stop pretending you could even afford an accountant, let alone the site

It's a great site without a doubt. Unique, established, and lots of traffic.

Some questions: Do you update the site yourself or do you have staff that basically manages the bulk of it? How much time does it take you (or your staff) to update (meaning all routines - promoting, trading, etc) daily? Would it be easy for somebody already familiar with operating a TGP to run it or a paysite owner or does it really not make much difference as long as you know html (it can be learned, period.)? =)
