Why ask us? Why not just send a message to Verotel to check it out?

I should of known better to come here asking for help this board is to busy talking shit and spamming to help someone out!

            but just for the record
the reason i did come here is, i can't get any sense out of verotel support staff and was wondering if this problem was affecting others or just me.

At what point do you get the 500 error when manually adding a user? I notice they now require you to submit FULL info, which is annoying if you just want to give someone a quick u/p to look around... how the hell should I know (or care about) their address and phone number?

Sounds like the perl script on your server isn't working. Have you tried the script on your server to make sure it's working ok?

You still didn't answer my question:
Why ask us? Why not just send a message to Verotel to check it out?
I always wonder why people asks a newsgroup or bulletin board before asking the company or person they are having trouble with. Why use a middle man, when you can get your answer straight from the source.
