I think advice is good. Some good articles. SEO guys are important for those who can not do it themselves... or who are not getting the desired results.

Been doing it myself since 1996 -
Google now is quite easy - I have several #1 spots without any spamming at all -
But - And a BIG but - #1 today is easily # 25 tomorrow as Joe Spammer decides to kill of a few thousand more keywordsComment

Yeah that's why I only offered it to a few people in the beginning to get some skeptical clients - now that I have top 10 spots for my clients and they are making several thousand dollars per month from their listings - that is all the reassurance they needGood for you... guarantee's is usually a redflag if you ask me...

I have found that MOST people who talk about trials, work first pay later, guarantees, etc have a hard time grasping the concept of an investment and evaluating risk vs reward
