At this point it appears like you are out of biz. stats don't work. you don't reply to emails, no one picks up the phone and of course, no fuckin money! Login into your Client Tools, check the daily activity for the last 10 days and check how your rebills are doing since 3 days. Anybody else seeing rebills are not being processed anymore?

I also noticed that my rebills dropped to zero. One way or another (voluntarily or through having their merchant account revoked) it looks like they are out of business. It's about time they admitted to it and made good on their promise that they would pay webmasters what was owed, even if it meant selling off their equipment to do it (as they promised when they stopped sending regular payments 3 months or so ago)Comment

$6-8k down gave up trying to call them after they put up that god damn auto answering service.

hey assholes, pick up the phone or answer emails. Has anyone been able to get through to them? Stats do not work, no payments in god knows how long. Thank god they were never our primary processor, but still $$$. They told us we could transfer our members, but no one has called us to do so and no one picks up the fuckin phone over there.Comment

Bump. Looks like it's just getting worse and worse.
I can also confirm that accounts that are still showing as active are not being rebilled.
Initial Purchase 08/02/2002, 03:52:25am EST $10.00
Next Recurring Charge 11/23/2003, 03:52:25am EST $10.00
You'll notice the current date is past the recurring date above; same thing that happened when PSW 'temporarily' disabled Visa for non USA accounts, and also after their checks stuffed up.
I only have a handful of rebills now, and that example above was the first one I found, but I was pleased to see he's been a member for *16 months*
