I agree that it is too far as far far as aligning it with porn goes but I don't think that images of women giving birth are gross. I think they are beautiful and amazing.

That said, I would never rub myself off looking at them. I agree that is a bit odd.

There is a very large community of homebirthers and waterbirthers on the internet. They often tape their births to show to their children later in life, and put them onto the net to share with their birthing friends.
I'm willing to bet money that's where this content came from.
I'm going to be contacting some of them to take a look and see if they can identify anyone in the tour pics.
