I will address the erroneous comments on this board however.
A. The suit was not filed in LA County it was filed in the Federal Court. The complaint lists two charges
1). Copyright Infringement- which is ludicrous. It's an invalid copyright. The lawyers acting on behalf of Rick Saloman have acted sereptitiously regarding the complaints with Sexbrat.com's attorneys'
@) Invasion of Privacy was the second charge. This according to Sexbrat's legal team is simply ridiculous. Salomon tried to register the copyright with the US Copyrights Office, hence making it public information as it is now accessible through the Library of Congress.
As far as making the accusation that I had any involvement with the leaking of the tapes- it absolutely false and defaming.
I was retained by the owners of Sexbrat.com a day after their settlement with Ms. Hilton.
All copies of the tape were destroyed prior to my public statements regarding this case- and being located in Southern California and not having been to Seattle in three years- it's 100% libel to make that accusation.
Rick Saloman's attorneys' have never contacted me and I am not named in any suit- I am simply "hired help" with the onslaught of media attention.
I am very happy to be working with a legally conscious team of professionals at Sexbrat.com. I'd also like to say that it takes someone with integrity to represent and publically address a news event this caliber-
The people who know me the best in this industry already know about my loyalty, devotion, and passion to promote a myriad of products, services and companies to the mainstream media -
Make no mistake either, people can take all the potshots they want at me-
It just bounces off me - I really don't care what the peanut gallery speculates- as long as it's within reason.
I would like to caution those of you making libelous and erroneous statements-
