We have more problems with our clients not being able to keep up to the speed of our webmasters.
As for a strict methodoloy, we know exactly what's going on with our team at all times, we take the worry away from the client we overlook all jobs to make sure the client is happy at all times.

Sid made the comment why are set up this way , well it helps us pay for our own needs and it sure helps out a ton of new guys .
I as a content maker have came across many people that want to buy content and dont have a clue of the game , but want to put money into it and learn . We handle a few guys like this now and at the same time it can sure free up alot of time for the guys that site and submit there own stuff or make there gallerys and things . You have our guys 5 days aweek and we do our very best to make it a time frame for you and 10 hours a day . As my panter stated we have more problems with the clint keeping up then the worker keeping up with the clint .
And any one that says the price is to high to have a guy working for you 50 hours a week X`s 4 = 200 hours for the month for that price , well I hate to see what you think it should be !

I feel comfortable with them because we communicate directly with our designers and webmasters team via phone.
our team has a local Seattle phone number, and it's smooth as if they were in an office down the hall.
Although they are located in the Phillipines, the company is American / British operated. This is very important that anyone considering "outsourcing" should consider, that staff is being managed.
I know there are many individuals from around the globe that are popping up offering their talents for a greatly reduced fee, comared to established outsource companies.
It is best to go with a company where you are able to clearly communicate with your outsourcing account manager, and assigned staff.An act of kindness is a wonderful giftComment
