BTW, have you noticed that same sort of behavior with surfers/members? The ones who email a lot before they join or make constant demands are hardly worth the time. I can have 500 members content just logging in & downloading the updates, but there's always a handful that will email just about every day with some kind of question/request/complaint.

The only ones that email us on a daily basis are the ones that send about 10 hits every 4 months.
