    Damn, that's a big plasma TV!

    I wonder how much this one will run?

    $20k+ probably.

    I thought they were going to eventually abandon this technology because of the cost of manufacturing them.

              im found of my flatscreen hdtv, once the plasma craze has dropped, and the PRICES fall im gonna look into gettin 1 of em, not untill then

                  I have a plasma, but would not buy another for watching tv. Sure it looks cool on the wall mounted in the bookshelf of my office, but overall you can get dlp or lcd for much less.

                      Speaking of LCD, I was at the A/V store last night and saw the new 70" Sony XBR LCD... Very nice looking set and it was huge. The cool thing about these new LCD/DLP sets is that they don't weight much. I think that 70" TV was around 150 pounds.

                      It was around $6000 btw

                                          When you're shopping for your plasma try spending 10 mins in the PJ test room, and I promise you'll leave the store with a PJ instead, unless you just buy the plasma for the looks Nothing beats a 120" screen the quality is really good now..
