Can siteowners turn Affiliates off and on in CCBILL?

I read a threat here on GFY the other day...
One of the posters mentioned that it is possible to turn affiliates ON and OFF in CCBILL...
This would enable siteowners to eg. for a period of 4 hours, get the full credit from all sales referred by a certain affiliate without the affiliate ever knowing about it, and then turn him back on agian!

Can anybody confirm this - preferrable siteowners or CCBILL them selves...

I believe that affiliates receive an email if their account is disabled.

yes....you can activate and you can suspend..
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Don't know for sure if cash from transactions would stop, be held by ccBill, or would still go to the affiliate....ccBill will probably have to answer that one...

secondly, when you suspend an affiliate you have to give a written reason for doing so.....

thirdly, when you suspend you have the option of suspend with payouts or suspend without payouts....

        Hope that helps.....

No, the sponsor can turn an affiliate off without an email getting sent.
<--- I have never worked with this program.
