Today was game #5 of the NBA Finals
It's currently the end of the 3rd quarter
and the score is 82-59 Pistons lead.
The end appears to be near...
I feel good inside, but at the same time I feel
a little down for the people who have to pay me
if the Lakers do lose this game
It's 88-61 now, I'm getting an erection, just thinking
about spending this money that I will win if Detriot can
hold this 27 point lead.
I offered Bdjufff a settlement out half time
he could pay me $75 and give up instead of paying me
$100 later on. He refused, and said he'd take his chances
I admire his stance, but I wish he had taken the shorter loss
He seems like a really nice webmaster, and he's a young guy
much like myself, so I wanted to lessen his loss.
AVM wagered $400 with me, and I know he laid some pretty heavy action at the sportsbooks. Part of me wanted to share with him the "STATS" that I was looking at for this game, but I realized that he had a lot of faith in the Lakers, and I also realized that if I told him my in-depth stance, there was a chance I wouldn't be able to get him to bet with me. He seems to be stand-up guy. I lost to him last week, then won my money back, but this game will determine who wins out of our personal series. Hopefully me and him have established a business friendship and can do something in the future.
Last but not least there is Boneprone.
If the Lakers lose tonight, he will have to pay me $1000.
I don't care who you are, thats "money"
He says that if the Lakers lose tonight, he will take some time off from betting. I think this is a good thing
He's always been a stand up solid guy, and quick to send out money so I feel safe and secure about our wager.
