    Smoke Away - Day Two

    Still having urges to smoke... but they are not quite strong enough to break me. I'm trying my best to remain calm. They say it takes 3 days for nicotine to leave your system. Sometimes it seems that Sunday won't get here fast enough.

    I'm hanging in there. 15 yr smoker. 2 day non-smoker
