Anything you can afford... and things that the average webmaster could actually achieve. Small rewards for 10-20 sign-ups would be way better than huge rewards for 200 sign-ups.
Adult lounge has an awards program where I could win an X-Box .. only problems is I need 200 sign-ups before I can get it .. and that's not gonna happen. I'd be better off promoting multiple sponsors.. I'd get the money to go buy my own xbox a lot faster.
But little things like free memberships to your sites, autographed posters of the girls (any single girl site could do this), t-shirts, hats, dvds, sex toys etc. would be really cool. It's more realistic to expect to get it and they'll promote you more 'cause they'll know it'll take a month or two rather than 3 years before they'll get it in the mail.
