Traffic would motivate me more than amazon certificates.. but most of the incentive programs usually leave me thinking that I would have preferred the extra dollar or two per signup when it comes to the hassle of redeeming stuff as a foriegner.
Apart from traffic, something big like a hovercraft or space shuttle ride would work too.
