I am new here.

Hi,

I am new here at GFY. I am looking at getting into the biz. What would be the best way for me to start out? I know I can't make a ton of money really fast. I am hoping I can start making a few hundred a month though. So any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hi, I'm fairly new here too... Although I've been around awhile. When I need advice, I turn to my friends in the FlashCash chat... I'm in there almost all the time. We have a good friend in the biz that comes in every saturday morning and helps us learn some good strategies for making sites that sell/convert. You should stop in and say hi. Don't just jump on something someone offers. Do your your research and do lots of reading. Ask poeple - "What's in it for you if I take your offer?"

Thanks again guys. I have been reading alot. It looks like to me the best way for me to start would be with freesites or tgps.

I have about $75 a month to start out. I have about 10-15 hours a week to put into the sites right now. It sucks having a full time job

Hi All,

I wanted to jump into this thread because I, too, am a newbie!

I've done a ton of reading, have several domains registered and just hooked up with hosting. I think the problem might be that I've read so much I'm getting confused

My plan, if you can call it that, is to set up a few TGPs with "good" sponsors and start promoting the hell out of them with SE entries and some recip links (I have some friends in the adult industry - not porn, specifically, but close enough).

Here's a probably silly question; When I go to sponsor sites to sign up, they ask for the web site URL. Wel, I don't have one yet because I want to use their content/galleries to build the site. I can always enter one of the domains, but a "suchandsuch.com coming soon" message isn't too impressive. That makes me think they're looking for an established pay site or something. Do I need to have something up and running, or just have a URL ready to go?

I think I have a good background for doing this; I've worked in the non-adult internet space for about 10 years doing e-commerce, marketing and advertising, consulting, etc. I'm a programmer and have built affiliate systems, banner ad rotators, shopping carts and a lot of other related software. The rules for TGPs seem not only simple to follow, but they match my ideas for marketing web sites as well (eg; no popups, don't give away the farm, etc).

Anyway, it's great to find this resource - I've read some really great threads on here and it seems that most of the people on here are ready and welling to help.

fusionx, just a url that's ready to go is usually good enough.
if the sponsor asks, you tell them it's on it's way.

if you guys are looking for a good sponsor, check out WEGCash

they have really good conversions (see sig) and they do pretty good with TGP traffic and exit traffic.

I've been with ARS since 2001 & have found them to be the best converting sites. They always pay on time & are very helpful when you need them.

Start with gallery posting to learn how to sell mate, that should make you a few hundred a month if you do it write. Use the search function on boards to find more info...
