Hmm, imho, you have a right to know about past unsafe activities, because it affects you personally, in that it can make you sick, potentially fatally. I'm not saying you have to spill every intimate detail but I'd think a potential partner has the right to know you're clean. So to some extent that DOES add up to some details of past experience.
