I keep trying to explain to you people that the sex is only part of this.
the judges and lawyers KNOW they can convict on giving alcohol to minors.
the guys admitted they thought the girls were 19, if that was the case they were giving them alcohol.
AFTEr the judge hears that, the sex will come into play and THEN the question of how dumb he was will come to play.
alcohol in the mix makes this much much worst.
