The Chicken is back?????????

Thanks to everyone that called me, sent me get well messages and cards. I really do appreciate it. I am back home now and trying to get everything caught up. Still lots of payments to process so I appreciate everyones ongoing patience with this. I can last about 3 hours online at a time so it will still take some time to clear everything.

For those do not know what I am refering too, I woke up Sunday morning with what I thought was food poisoning. Went to the hospital and after 18 hours of misdiagnoses they finally concluded that my appendix was about to burst. First they thought it was a kidney stone. Anyway they got the appendix out before it burst but it was gangreen as hell. So I had a 5 day recovering so they could pump me full of antibodies to kill any traces of the gangreen in my body. My advice to anyone who "thinks" that stomach ache is just passing gas or mild food poisoning, think twice it could be a lot worse. All the symptons I had were food poisoning. (stomach cramps and vomiting).

Anyway great to be back and again thanks to all who sent me get well soon stuff.

Can't agree more I spent a night in pain with what I thought was just cramping, or food poisoning come to find out I had gallstones.

Doesn't sound bad but it can be...the resulting infection beat the shit out of my liver and I was in the hospital for about 3 1/2 days on antibiotics just clearing that up...they couldn't do anything else until it did.

Anyway glad you're feeling better here's to continuing improvement

Wow.

Feel better Choker. My dad's appendix actually did burst (he amazingly lived), and it had been burst for 2 years before they took it out. It caused his intestines to wrap around each other which made a big mess. To make a long story short, he lost 2 feet of his intestines and he amazingly lived with a burst appendix without knowing it.
