Is this Drama or am I wrong?

What do you think of when you read this?

Our Webmaster Affiliate Program offers participants a common 50/50 partnership. Meaning for every subscription you get 50% of the revenue immediately paid directly to you through our third party credit card processing companies.

the above is under a certain programs webmaster sign up page. IMO I would conceder a program promising a 50/50 partnership to include rebills. I'm I wrong in thinking this?

Because under ccbill's program details for this webmaster program this is their payout info:

    Payout Flat-Rate: $15.00
Trial Subscriptions: Payments for Rebills End After: (Zero) rebills
Recurring Subscriptions: Payments for Rebills End After: (Zero) rebills

this program uses ccbill, ibill and verotel

am I wrong or am I just jumping to conclusions, in thinking this program is trying to mislead webmasters by calling it a 50/50 partnership when in fact it's a PPS?

What program is it? Would have to see how it is displayed on the site to know for sure, but yeah, most people expect partnerships to include the rebills.

this is what it said on their sign up page:

Our Webmaster Affiliate Program offers participants a common 50/50 partnership. Meaning for every subscription you get 50% of the revenue immediately paid directly to you through our third party credit card processing companies.

      per 29.95 $ membership (30 days) you get paid 15.00 $
      per 59.95 $ membership (90 days) you get paid 30.00 $
      per 89.95 $ membership (180 days) you get paid 45.00 $
per FREE webmaster signup you get paid 10.00 $

Now they in fact do not say anything about rebills, but IMO the wording implies rebill with the 50/50 partnership. If they were only going to pay per sign, why are they calling it a 50/50 instead of a PPS?

Smells like ripoff...PPS disguised as partnership program because their PPS payouts suck big time

I don't want to comment the 10$ webmaster signup thing...

This is what several websites got busted for months ago. Its simply setting ccbill up so that affiliates wont get rebills. Pretty shitty thing to do.
