This is the second new site I have seen this week that has a HUGE load time:
Total Page Size: 253605 bytes
I don't understand it with 20 thumbs, 4 pics, a single animated gif and a header. Those measely 238x157 pics are averaging about 30k each!
But it's a neat idea - I hope you do great with it
