All you have to do is look at the crash at the pentagon, you can't honestly say that a boeing 747 hit it. The damage done to it is more consistant with a small aircraft or missile. Only one section of the pentagon was damaged and that one section is FAR smaller than a 747.

It's pretty well known that Osama and crew were trained and supplied to help fight the Soviet Union. That doesn't mean that Osama and crew didn't decided to turn around and use what they were taught against the US. That doesn't mean the CIA still helps them out. More like the opposite. If you read the same New York Times, you read that the CIA doesn't help them anymore and are against Osama and crew now. Don't just take what the New York Times says about one thing but not about the other.

As shok says, it's also well known that Osama's family don't have the same beliefs as Osama. They have intervied two of Osama's sisters about this on 60 Minutes and the other family members have released statements about this. Unless you have proof otherwise that they actually support their son. All you have is a theory.

Your thing about past presidents not having ties with enemies doesn't apply here. Especially when we are dealing with terrorist (and not countries) that are a part of a very large business that the US relies on. You can't deal with oil in Sauda Arabia with out dealing with Osama's family. Bush has ownership in oil. Osama's family has one of the largest companies that deals with oil in Saudia Arbia. How are they not going to cross lines? Your just taking some little ties here and there and making a big theory about it. There is no tie between Bush and Osama himself since the US got out of helping his crew fight the Soviet Union and the first bombing of the twin towers that happened before 9/11
