Well i see discounts are the wrong way of doing things around here - apparently it attracts the wrong kind of clients. I never had any complaints about my customer service - but while i'm a good designer, i'm not a fortune teller - so unless the client actually tells me what he wants to buy i really cant give a prober offer. And i still don't see what your problem is - the thread clearly said UP TO 50% off and not 50% on EVERYTHING. And right off you start complaining about it? if thats customer service in your eyes - then no offence, i dont need clients like you.
You are welcome to ask anybody i worked with if they are unhappy with the services i have provided them.
